Hygiene Locator Agreements 

for Participating Organizations

Thank you for joining the Simply the Basics’ Hygiene Bank Locator. To ensure we can maintain the integrity of the platform and support the needs of our community who utilize the map, you must agree to the following:

• Listed Organizations agree to keep all service information up to date, including but not limited to changes in location, available items, hours of service, contact information, and program eligibility. *If your profile is not maintained after time, it will be removed to ensure we are providing only up to date information to the community.

• Listed Organizations agree to never discriminate providing services on the basis of race, color, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or marital status.

• Listed Organizations agree to never ask clients, recipients, or anyone inquiring to receive hygiene support for payment, services, or any other cost toward receiving care. All supplies will be provided free of charge.

• Listed Organizations will provide services with respect and dignity to the community.

• Listed Organizations will never use Hygiene Locator to appeal for financial or monetary support.

• Listed Organizations will provide updates and reporting information to Simply the Basics on the results of the platform and feedback as requested. 

• Listed Organizations will maintain privacy of all client and donor information. 

By applying and being approved as a listed organization displayed on Simply the Basics Hygiene Locator, you confirm your adherence to this agreement.
