  1. What do I do with extra hygiene supplies?

    If you have extra items, add them to the completed kits! Do not create an incomplete kits to ensure all kits are uniform in quality.

  2. What if I have extra totes?

    Thank you for ensuring no incomplete kits were made. If you have extra totes, it is a gift to you for personal use!

  3. Where and when do I deliver the kits?

    Email our team to schedule your drop-off time and date in advance with a pre-determined Receiving Site. It is important that we deliver the kits at a time that works for the site, as part of our goal to save them time and resources.

  4. Can I just toss the kits into a shopping bag to deliver them?

    Please, no. Ensure that all kits are tied once (no double knots), neatly rolled, and placed into a box for a swift and easy delivery.

  5. If I have extra products at home, can I add them?

    If you have extra products at home you may add them as long as you have enough for each hygiene kit. Some Bonus items include: mouthwash, floss, wet wipes conditioner, combs. See our Acquire Products page for more information.

    Remember, only products that are unused, unopened & of the same quality for each kit. *If you do add mouthwash or razors please let us know as not all receiving sites accept these items.

  6. Can I add menstrual care to the kits?

    If you would like to add menstrual care, please check in with our team ahead of time. Not every site has a need for menstrual care and in order to mitigate waste, save time, and listen to the needs of our Recipient’s, we want to ensure we are providing our neighbors exactly what they need.
