• Client Survey Cards (Print HERE) (Use the back of the Client Survey Cards for messages!)

• Hygiene Kit Packing Sheet - 1 per box (Print HERE - to include 1 inside each cardboard; this supports the case workers in knowing what is inside.)

• Empty Boxes to pack completed kits (*Tip: You can use the boxes products came in but you will want to estimate ~2-3 medium/large boxes for every 100 hygiene kits)

• Packing tape, Markers/Pens, Scissors
