Homeless Prenatal Programs is a nonprofit in San Francisco breaking the cycle of childhood poverty in partnership with the families they work with. As a family resource center they empower homeless and low-income families, particularly mothers motivated by pregnancy and parenthood to find within themselves the strength to transform their lives.
